Default Are the GWGuru forums laggy?

Is it just me, or are the forums here laggy? It's been like this for a while now and I just thought it would fix itself like before. I am using Firefox 1.0.7 and other forums do not lag. I also get the "error in the database" OWTTE error message quite often. Sorry if it sounds like I'm whining, I like this forum just wondering if it's something wrong at my end.

Lots of people online at a time.

Servers and Mysql can only handle so many connections at once and will sometimes slowwww down or mysql will give an error.

When you have as many members as you see here, if they are active then its to be expected really.

EDIT //

Its fine now for me, it tends to be in the evening (GMT) that I get errors and slow browsing here.
